How can NLP help with your programs?

NLP techniques can help improve confidence, focus, emotional control, motivation, communication, performance mindset, sleep habits, and decision-making by helping clients create healthier mental and emotional patterns.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session and cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. You cannot get “stuck” in hypnosis, and you will never reveal information you do not want to share. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state that allows the subconscious mind to become more open to positive change.

How is your approach different from traditional coaching?

My approach combines coaching with hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to work at both the conscious and subconscious level, helping create deeper and more lasting transformation. While coaching alone often focuses on awareness and action steps, working with the subconscious mind allows us to address the underlying patterns, beliefs, habits, and emotional responses that may be keeping you stuck. Because true lasting change happens at the subconscious level, this deeper approach helps create transformation that feels more natural, sustainable, and aligned over time.

Do I need previous experience with hypnotherapy or coaching?

Not at all. Many clients are completely new to this work, and I guide you through the process in a supportive, comfortable, and personalized way.

Are sessions offered virtually or in person?

Sessions can be offered both virtually or in person, allowing you to experience coaching, hypnotherapy, and NLP in the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
