Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session and cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. You cannot get “stuck” in hypnosis, and you will never reveal information you do not want to share. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state that allows the subconscious mind to become more open to positive change.

How is your approach different from traditional coaching?

My approach combines coaching with hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to work at both the conscious and subconscious level, helping create deeper and more lasting transformation.
